Rooms are small and not recommended if travelling with infants. Has no kitchenette. Location is good especially if travelling to disneyland as the hotel is situated midway beyween central Paris and Disneyland. Also very close to RER station and restaurants/supermarkets. All in all an average hotel which is fair for the price we paid.More

Firstly they only had one room respite us booking 3 rooms for 7 people. They found another room and asked if we would mind being on the floor etc for 1 night, we went to the room only find the floor dirty including pubic hairs. They gave us names of nearby hotels but offered not assistance, despite admitting error was...More

The staffs are really friendly, unfortunately the hotel itself it's not so nice. It is old and not well maintained. The carpet and the bathroom is a little dirty. It's kind of match the rate that we pay. If you are on honeymoon don't stay here. We finally moved to another nearby hotel (Mercure) after 2 days staying, with the...More

Went to Paris for Christmas, some Disney therapy was in order. Found GIS through their web site - go to it, its one of the most informative hotel sites I have ever seen, it may be a bit lacking in style but it does the job. The Hotel says they are midway between central Paris and EuroDisney. This is correct....More

Stayed there with my family for 4 nights. It was just fine for the 5 of us, no complaints about the hotel or surroundings. Breakfast was fine, the kids enjoyed the variety and I enjoyed the "chinese-style" rice porridge. There is a playground just around the corner, not far from the canal, which was good for the infant. There are...More

The GIS is a good, basic two star hotel on the east side of Paris with three items to recommend it. It has free parking if you are driving, the RER A train is a block away for access to central Paris and there is a large shopping center (Auchon supermarket) nearby. The hotel gets a lot of German tour...More

Coming from South Africa the neighbourhood is not scary at all. It is not centre of Paris, but it is cheap and fine just to sleep. Very close to the RER and easy to get to centre of Paris. Rooms are not great but for a few nights they are fine. Who wants to spend time in a room in...More

The hotel is located on a tiny street outside Zone 3 which is difficult to locate by car. The RER is right by but that also means that you can't go out at night unless you want to hire a taxi. The neighbourhood is mediocre at best, very dimly lit at night, a couple of people asked us for money...
