There are self-service storage lockers inside the park. Large lockers measure 14.5 x 23 x 16.5 inches and daily rental costs HK$60. Small lockers measure 11 x 11 x 17 inches and cost HK$40. They are available from park opening time to closing time.
There is also a luggage storage kiosk outside the main entrance to the park (near the ticket kiosks just before entering the park). Charge is HK$60 each piece for the day.

You suggested the luggage storage kiosk outside, I figure this is best for large luggages?
