When arriving at the Tokyo Disney Resort, the very first thing you should do, even though you're anxious to get to an attraction right away, is to pick up a "Guide Map".
Once you see the layout of the grounds, you'll get a grasp of what's where. This useful tool can be found at the Guest Relations Window below:
- Tokyo Disneyland
- Tokyo DisneySea
In addition to Japanese, there are complimentary Guide Maps in languages of English, Chinese (simplified and traditional) and Korean handed out. If you're with a foreign visitor, make sure you get a map in his/her language.
Answers to your "little doubts" may not be found in the Guide Map. And if there's a doubt, ask your nearest Cast Member. Check the "Language Pin" on the chest of the Cast Member if you need assistance in your native language, as language specialists among our Cast offer service in English, Korean and Chinese.
"If you have any difficulty or a question, you are welcome anytime at our Main Street House. I can assist you in English and Japanese. "
Just as you're heading for a long exciting day of rides, you get stuck at the end of a long queue. A free service at Tokyo Disney Resort that cuts your waiting time at attractions, is the FASTPASS®. With this FP ticket in hand, you can go to other attractions and just return at the time that is printed on the FP ticket. A clever answer to minimize time and maximize the fun at Tokyo Disney Resort.
How to Get a FASTPASS®
First you should see the "Time Board" and check the waiting time at the queue and what hours FASTPASS® are distributed. Then decide which is faster or better-suits your plan, to stay in line or to acquire a FASTPASS® and return later. If you’re with a friend or party, you can get more than one FASTPASS® at the same time. Supposing you choose a FASTPASS® this time, this is how you get the ticket(s):
Insert your admission ticket (passport) but be careful not to insert it too far. The machine will issue a FASTPASS® ticket(s) with the return time printed on it.
Once you've got your ticket(s), you are free now to spend your time at other attractions or go and get a Priority Seating card at a popular restaurant. Just remember to return to your FP attraction by the time shown on the ticket and go to the "FASTPASS® Return" queue, and show your FASTPASS® ticket to a Cast Member.
Note
Only one FASTPASS® ticket is issued for one passport at a time, and the second card is available only when the marked time on the first card has passed.
Please be reminded that:
*FASTPASS® is subject to restriction and does not guarantee entry to attractions
*FASTPASS® is subject to limited distribution without notice
*FASTPASS® is subject to change of attraction time without notice

Dining at Tokyo Disney Resort is alone an exciting experience and popular restaurants can be extremely crowded at times. Tokyo Disney Resort offers the Priority Seating service at its table-service restaurants for visitors who wish to reduce waiting time. You only need to make a first visit to your target restaurant and get a Priority Seating time card there. At your next visit, you will be seated with a minimal wait in time.
How to Use Priority Seating
Go to the reception desk at the restaurant offering Priority Seating service and ask how long you must wait for a table. Restaurants will also accept requests for Priority Seating by telephone (Japanese and English) for guests who plan their visits way in advance.

After specifying the time, take your Priority Seating card with a designated time issued on it. Note that these cards are different from "FASTPASS®" tickets and you can ask for as many Priority Seating cards from multiple restaurants as you want, as long as the hours do not conflict with each other.
Return to your restaurant when the time comes. You may have to wait for a while. But never as long as you had to if you tried dining at a popular restaurant without using this service. By using the Priority Seating cards, you can set up a plan for the day efficiently including meals of lunch and dinner.
Note
Priority Seating is a service that arranges a table for you with priority at a specified time period. It is not a reservation and may require minimum waiting time. Also, if your party consists of more than five persons, you may be asked to dine at separate tables.
