What do you need to know about the weather in Tokyo?

Understanding and predicting the Tokyo weather is considered to be a fine art - as are all weather forecasts in Japan. Why? Well quite a lot of the major cultural events absolutely depend on the accuracy of the weather forecast.

Take hanami season for example - that's the cherry blossom festival in Spring.
