- THEMED LAND
ADVENTURELAND - An exotic land of swashbuckling pirates and tropical jungles
Adventureland takes guests from the elegance of New Orleans to the excitement of the tropics. Here they'll find Pirates of the Caribbean, an unforgettable voyage through a pirate raid of a Caribbean seaport. And at Jungle Cruise--complete with lush vegetation, wild animals, and "lost" civilizations--guests can embark on an expedition down the waterways of South America, Africa and Asia. Guests can also walk through the Swiss Family Treehouse, a large treetop home where the shipwrecked Robinson family lived. Visible from the boarding area of Pirates of the Caribbean is Blue Bayou Restaurant, where guests can dine in a romantic twilight atmosphere.
CRITTER COUNTRY - Home to critters from Southern folk tales
This fanciful land of "critters " from the Disney film Song of the South is nestled against the Rivers of America. Dominating the landscape is Splash Mountain, where guests can board log boats to follow the adventures of happy-go-lucky Bred Rabbit. The climax--a five-story drop at a 45-degree angle right into a water-filled "briar patch"--is captured in photos that guests can purchase at Splashdown Photos just outside the Splash Mountain exit.
FANTASYLAND - Enchanting fairy tales and Disney stories
Passing through the portals of Cinderella Castle, guests enter a land of enchantment where they can take part in the adventures of Snow White, Cinderella and other fairy tale characters from the classic animated films of Walt Disney. Bursting with color and cartoon verve, Toontown is composed of three areas.
