Ticket Delivery
Park tickets will be delivered to addresses in Japan in 4 to 5 days after the day of purchase, except for some areas. Overseas delivery is NOT available. Depending on the delivery area, you can choose a delivery day and a delivery time slot. For details, please see the delivery setting page. Your Park tickets will be delivered by Nippon Express Co., Ltd.

Delivery / C.O.D. Fees
The delivery fee is 730 yen (including taxes) per delivery, regardless of the delivery area. If you choose cash on delivery as the payment method, the following C.O.D. handling charge will be applied in addition to the delivery fee.

If the delivered contents do not match your order, please contact Tokyo Disney Resort Online Reservations & Purchase Support Desk within 8 days from the day you received the tickets. Please understand that if this 8-day period is over, we cannot accommodate any requests.
Please take your confirmation e-mail and the credit card that you registered on this website to the Tokyo Disney Resort Ticket Center. You will receive your tickets on making payment.

- Park tickets purchased online are non-refundable.
- If you have a Park ticket that was not used on the date printed on it and that is still within its period of validity, you may exchange it for another Park ticket by paying the date change handling fee and any balance between the price of the two tickets.
